MOTALA FOUNDATION (company name MADRASA IMAM YUSUF MOTALA LTD) was founded in the year 2019, under the guidance of:

the late Honourable Shaikh, Hazrat Molana Yusuf Motala (May Allah show His infinate mercy), founder of Darul Uloom Bury.

Under the supervision of: Hazrat Molana Shah Muhammad Anas, founder of Imam Zakaria Academy, London & Sunnah Nikah UK.

Current principal: Mufti Shah Hamzah

Founder of Motala Foundation, teacher at Imam Zakaria Academy, TV Presenter Channel 778, Teacher of Qur'an at Iqra Bangla

About Us

Our aim is to provide muslims of all ages with the basic and advanced essential knowledge of Islam, locally, nationally and internationally in the most comfortable & enjoyable form.

Alhamdulillah over the years we have gained access to our first on site premises at Buckingham road, London E15 on the 6th of April 2019. We now have FOUR Madrasa classes with a hifz class on the way during weekday evenings.

Through Lockdown we began our teaching online in the year 2020. We now have SIX Online Madrasa classes during the weekday evenings and growing alhamdulillah. As students progressed from Qaida to Qur'an and developed the love for it, we started a dedicated Hifz class Online in March of 2022. As of today 21st Dec 2023, one of our student has completed memorising his 7th juz and moving on to the 8th chapter of the Qur'an.

For as long as these is a need, we will continue bringing the madrasa to you. We ask for your duas and support.
